After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will likely have already entered the processing stage. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) without damage to the product itself is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@torvelis.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess if you're eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not provide refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including couriers, customs, or other issues during shipment. If you experience delivery problems, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
