At Torvelis, we're proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time is based on the total transit time once your order is dispatched to the carrier. Delivery time may vary depending on several factors, most importantly your location. Here are the estimated delivery times for your country:
USA: 5-10 Business Days
Canada: 5-10 Business Days
UK: 5-10 Business Days
Australia: 5-10 Business Days
New Zealand: 5-10 Business Days
Please note that during busy seasons or holidays, shipping carriers might experience delays in transit times or tracking updates, which are out of our control. If your order is shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may also extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It's important that you ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If we detect any address issues, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we don't receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at hello@torvelis.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee we can modify details after this time.
Delayed Delivery:
We understand that receiving your order on time is important. While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control. For instance, shipping carriers may face delays due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or customs processes.
If there are delays in processing or shipping due to availability, address verification, or payment issues, we will notify you promptly. However, Torvelis is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We will, of course, keep you informed on your order's status and assist in resolving any problems.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at hello@torvelis.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a claims process, and we will follow up with them on your behalf. Torvelis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as this is beyond our refund policy. If the package cannot be recovered or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver your package. If it remains undelivered, we advise filing a police report.
